By purchasing CostBasis Pro - Airtable Template (the "Product"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Product & Delivery

1.1 The Product is a digital Airtable template designed for personal options trading tracking.

1.2 After purchase, you will receive an email with setup instructions within 24 hours. The Airtable template will be manually shared with your Airtable account within 48 hours (typically within a few hours).

1.3 You are responsible for providing a valid email address and Airtable account for delivery.

1.4 We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect contact information, spam filters, or third-party service issues.

2. License & Usage Rights

2.1 Personal Use License: This purchase grants you a single-user, non-transferable license to use the Product for your personal trading activities.

2.2 Permitted Use:

Duplicate the template to your own Airtable account

Customize fields, views, and formulas for your personal needs

Use the template indefinitely for your own trading tracking

2.3 Prohibited Use:

Reselling, redistributing, or sharing the template with others

Using the template for commercial purposes (e.g., offering it as part of a paid service)

Claiming the template as your own work or removing attribution

3. Pricing & Payment

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Due to the digital nature of the Product and immediate access upon delivery, all sales are final.

4.2 Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:

You did not receive the Product within 72 hours of purchase (and we cannot resolve delivery issues)

The Product is materially different from what was described on the sales page

Technical issues prevent you from accessing the shared template (and we cannot resolve them)
